  One of my best friends of over 40 years, had a cousin, that we used to babysit her and her brother when we were about 13-14 yo. That Cousin her name is Christine Snyder was a passenger on flight 93. She was heading back to Hawaii after attending a conference in New York. She actually visited the top of the World Trade Center the day before 9/10/01. She was heading home to her newlywed husband waiting for her. <br><br>Christine was one of the sweetest, kindest and giving person. She was very shy. I don&apos;t know why I&apos;m posting this, I just needed to say something in her honor and to remember one of the precious people taken from us that day. As hard as it was for me to accept, knowing someone who was murdered on that day....what it did to her Family , my bestie ( her cousin) and her new husband....it&apos;s been so hard for them.<br><br>I love you Christine, Rest In Aloha Sweet Girl.

  The thing that hit me the most was reading all the names on the memorial wall. Just reading each name, then realized that some of the women had a faint inscription below their name. It said unborn child. That was like a punch in the soul. So incredibly sad.

  Visited Shanksville and the site in 2019. We were only there for an hour or so. It was difficult to listen to the actual final messages that were left on answering machines. We felt the absolute sacredness of the area.

  Three of my children and I visited the crash site 7 months after it happened. There wasn&apos;t a beautiful memorial, just a few benches for people to sit on, a trailer, a fence filled with pictures, stuffed animals, and messages, and as we looked out over the field, there was an American flag, standing at the site of the crash. No boulder, just a big hole, or crater, as the gentleman said in the video. We were the only people there, and we could &quot;feel&quot; the eerie &nbsp;sadness. Tears formed in our eyes. We also saw the other sites on this trip, but to me, Shanksville, Pennsylvania, was the hardest to see. RIP to all those who perished in the 9/11 attacks.

  It sickens me that almost 25 years later, there are those that say 9-11 was staged. 😢These guys and all the crew &amp; passengers of Flight 93 are forever heroes. I will never forget. 🇺🇸

  Western Marylander here! Md born, Pittsburgh area raised and educated! My brother&apos;s &nbsp;best friend died when his plane hit the WTC. His friend , Ken ,was a graduate &nbsp;of the US Naval Academy &nbsp;and was 43 when he died. RIP Ken. I will always remember the day our family stopped at the Naval Academy one summer! His Plebe year. He ran up to us with a huge smile on his face! RIP Ken! 🫡🫡🫡⚓️⛵️⚓️🌊🌊🌊

  My neighbor 5 houses away from mine was on flight 93. He was a local doctor.

  Those poor souls aboard that flight, can’t imagine how terrifying those final moments must have been. They are not forgotten , nor is the heroism that prevented the terrorists from hitting another high profile target and taking out more lives. 🇺🇸👏🏻🙏😭💔

  Lincoln Highway. I used to ride that pretty road. I visited the 911 memorial, flight 93. It was beautifully done. Brave souls to do what they did and so very very sad. I cannot imagine what they went through. They knew their fate once they found out they were on a suicide flight. They didn&apos;t want harm to come to others. Thank you for sharing this.
