When I see a new Journey to GM video, I first press "Like", then watch it! Because I am 100% sure that it will be great! And I never get disappointed after.

My one critique of your channel is that the videos are all similarly named.
It makes it hard to find specific videos to rewatch and review.

Actually how much did a GM know about chess? I'm just trying to compare based on knowledge not Elo. Let's assume if amateurs knowledge is one book, then how many books do Grandmasters have?

I thank you for sharing these ideas. What I notice in my games that I find no chess content creators really talking about is the emotional side to it. I generally find I can sense my "opponents" motive, and can tell most of the time if I'm going to lose or win based on those feelings. It's not difficult to see that a number people are playing for some instant egoic gratification that is rooted in a very common emotional injury related to wanting to be the strongest in order to survive, which I put my hands up to being apart of that also, but it's just a point I feel is actually really the main reason to why people lose or win games. If I'm playing someone who is not wanting to develop their own self awareness, I find I can win games without even thinking. Those who have less emotional injuries and are playing for fun I find I can enjoy winning or losing too. I think it's an interesting factor to why people win or lose. Chess can be used as a tool to help you develop self awareness and help with becoming more organised in general life actions e.g. doing things to prepare for an action before taking an action etc or it can be used to feed addictions that keep our deeply buried emotional injuries bottled. We are all equal in value from God's perspective, we all have the potential to master chess eventually, like someone masters a Rubik's cube , except to master chess would probably take centuries, something that can be achievable in the spirit realm life.
