  Absolutely brilliant!!!<br><br>Genuinely never thought I would see the day that you could laser engrave practically anything with and in such high quality at home!! <br><br>Technology genuinely blows my mind at times.<br><br>I couldn’t have something like this myself Jazz because nothing would be safe from being engraved, I could genuinely see myself in A&amp;E so to be on the safe side I’ll leave it to the sensible professionals like yourself!!<br><br>I’m sure it was a tidy packet but I think you can safely say that was money you spent well Jazz!<br><br>Hope it gives you years of fun and use!!

  Nice tool addition; I can tell that you are going to have fun.<br>Mechanical note: An Allen key has a long leg and a short leg. I noticed you were using the short leg for leverage during the build, which is perfectly fine for most of the hardware. However, you should go back to make sure the bolts holding the lift assembly to the base are properly tightened, flip the Allen key around and use the long leg for the extra leverage. Those are the structural bolts where that additional tightening force is useful, especially since vibration can loosen them over time. For the lighter hardware, there is no need to flip the tool, and you want to be careful not to over-tighten it.

  You can take that lil van with you on any repair &quot;house calls&quot;, and say, &quot;yeah big job, brought me van&quot;.<br>Very cool, those came out quite nice and quick, looking forward to seeing some front panel engravings for your DIY boxes of any sort. &nbsp;Love to see it work on an aluminum face plate, perhaps over some masking tape, then paint the tape, then peel the tape once the paint is dry.<br>Thanks JJ.

  Flippin&apos; heck a &quot;galvo&quot; laser. Basically a laser disco light but upgraded to engraving wavelength and power. NICE!

  That is a pretty cool engraver. I have a couple of galvo engravers, and yes, they are pretty quick. Just be careful with engraving / cutting some plastics or vinyl, as they release toxic and/or corrosive fumes. They are not good to breathe and will harm the engraver. 🙂

  Building up quit the little production line there, 3d printer, laser, next it&apos;ll be cnc and then you&apos;ll be set to make anything. Lasering onto 3D prints for cases and panels is next level.

  A very nice laser system, but pricey. Though in saying that, it would be great for making new panels, eg for the recent radio face plate. I like your logo on the van, maybe I&apos;ll get you to do both sides and rear on a white van in 00 scale as a cameo piece with a mini Jazzy for my model railway, now that would be cool to have.
