  It totally makes sense that a post-apocalyptic scenario would be covered in invasive species. Any check humans had on their spread would stop!

  Ground Clovers are so much better then Lawn Grasses.<br>It deals with chafer beetles, keep soil bacteria active, is very liked by Bumblebees, nitrogen fixers, at the very most only need to cut thee times a year, are more draught and flood tolerant, attract beneficial parasatoid wasps when effected by detrimental insects, are less likely to catch fire if they do dry out, are better at decreasing soil erosion, contribute far less to seasonal allergies, and even more.

  I think it&apos;d be fun to go through pikmin 2 and see if it changes your answer. The areas are the same as pikmin 1, but there&apos;s definitely a lot more plant growth

  That anti-lawn tirade was the most justified interruption. Great video btw! You ecological deduction skills are quite impressive!<br><br>Also a fun fact that I&apos;m sure you and most of the audience knows: In Pikmin 3 you actually get a rough idea where each location is thanks to the map screen on the SS Drake! Although it&apos;s a teensy bit tricky because it seems like there&apos;s been some continental drift by the time the games take place.

  huh, i always thought of the first two games as being fairly east coast vibes, but this makes a lot of sense. also as another commenter pointed out, pikmin 2 does take place in the same area as pikmin 1 as it uses the same map screen as a base and you can find a lot of geometry that is very similar between the two games (olimar even mentions how the awakening wood is the same forest as the forest of hope, and that he needs to study how it could have changed so much in such a short time)<br>in any case this will definitely help inform my fanfiction about the pikmin horrors of pikmin war

  I consider it to be an alternate earth where biology took a few different directions to make the pikmin and other creatures.
