I am happy living right in the heart of Bremerton. I am less than a mile from the ferry, from the grocery store, from downtown, from the library, from Evergreen Park. It's a plain neighborhood of ordinary people of all kinds. I like it here!

good to finally see the Kitsap Lake area mentioned, My parents (and now me as well) have lived just northeast of the lake in on Sunnyhill for almost 25 years. I have live in a few places around Kitsap County or close to it for most my life (about 31 of my 46 years) and love it here. Close access to HWY3 to get to Silverdale and Port Orchard (though i rarely go that direction anymore despite growing up there) and with the Park & Ride now open at the West Bremerton Transfer Center i have easy access via the 212 to the Ferry Dock for my commute to downtown Seattle for work.
