The “Children of Fátima” were 3 children who saw apparitions of Mary, Mother of Jesus, in 1917 near Fátima, Portugal and reported predictions and later, miracles she had made. The incident became a major event at the time; crowds made pilgrimages to the area, eventually the children were beautified and canonized decades later. 2 of the children died in the Flu Pandemic of 1919 and 1 became a nun and lived to the age of 97.

It makes sense that in season 3 episode 6, when none of the girls are quite sure what an aneurysm means, it’s Michelle, who’s mom is a nurse, who tells them all that it’s not good.

4:44:16 LOL Yes, she is eating the food with her mouth!!
It MAY partially be because she's acting like a swan, but largely it's because unlike the other 'swans' (Angels), he wings cover her arms and hands, rather than just being on her back like the others!!
LOL!! It's just TOO damn funny!! And SOO Orla!! Especially since normally you and your friends would just buy your wings (/whole costume) together with your friends... As the others clearly did since they have the same wings, halos face jewels,, etc...
So Orla clearly went out of her way to get/make different wings

......

Also, I love it how at the hospital they're unsure what an aneurysm is and (so different to normal), Michelle is the one who knows and just tells them it's not good...
Which makes total sense that she's be the one to know - Because her mum is a nurse, which is rarely mentioned, mostly only shown when she appears in her work outfit... It's a nice, simple little detail that just goes to show how much thought went into this show, it shows how well & thoroughly they (/she) thought about & knew each of these characters they wrote/created!!
