My dad had one like this. We used to love to play on it. And then when Casio released an electronic calculator we thought that was a miracle.

Fantastic job partner...most of the restorers that focus on old calculators don't normally break the machine all the way down like you did...thank you for doing that. Excellent restoration.

I am reasonably sure I could easily take that machine apart. Problem comes when trying to reassembly again. But only if you wanted it to ever work again. I can't even begin to imagine the engineering it took to design it and than make it actually work properly. You did a magnificent job refurbishing it and reassembling it and have to look great and work... You certainly earned a big Thumbs Up!
