They may not seem like sacrifices, but not many people would take on the the work of putting their own ambitions aside to take care of their family...and do it with such grace. I am amazed by the number of dishes in your cooking repertoire - I don't think we've seen one repeated yet. In our busy working lives, many of us find it challenging to come up with interesting menus, but you do it. Lucky grandpa to be so well looked after!
