  Cooking your own meals from fresh ingredients, drinking water, plenty of walking, spending time outdoors... this is how everybody around the world used to live, when a lot of today's modern diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity were so much rarer.

  I am always surprised how well you can film yourself, the cameras are always at the perfect angle and height, it feels like watching your videos as if I were there in person 🙂

  I love the discipline , manners, empathy, cleanliness of the Japanese people. I'm a 23 year old girl living in remote village of Pakistan where people are used to having oils in almost their every meal and eat overcooked foods. I learn a lot from your vedios and try to implement these things in my life as well. Love from Pakistan!♥

  I moved to osaka 1 year ago, i lost weight, i didnt really change how i ate or how much, the big difference was WALKING. you walk to most places. that was the difference for me. even just walking through the train stations feels like you walked 5 miles lol

  Another fantastic video, Gumi. I think it&apos;s great that you put those English subtitles in your videos, that&apos;s very thoughtful of you for those of us who don&apos;t understand other languages. At times I wish I knew every other language in the world so I could truly appreciate other cultures. I noticed some of those prices at the grocery store you went to and I have to say, those prices are much cheaper than here in Australia. A lot of those groceries you bought are actually almost double the price here where I live. That&apos;s a big problem here in Australia. Many people are finding it harder to put food on the table each week because our food prices are so high, especially compared to our weekly or fortnightly income. I think this is a common problem with a lot of countries around the world. Everyday expenses go up but the income doesn&apos;t rise at the same rate. Anyway, I loved this video and they don&apos;t seem like 25mins(approximately), the time passes so quick whenever I watch your videos! Your videos are very peaceful and I look forward to watching the next one. Thank you. 😊🙏🏻

  Several years ago our family hosted two young Japanese students for a sister city exchange program. They were from Misato. We took them to a typical American restaurant for dinner where they proceeded to chuckle about ‘American size portions’. It’s so true! Not only are the portions so large, they’re filled with lots of extra calories.
