I was in construction for 25 years. Best damn no-nonsense crew I ever saw. Hat's off to J&M.

My brothers 3200 sqft house was built by an Amish crew.  We watched them for hours and none of them talked to each other while working.  Before we knew it, the entire lower structure including exterior and interior wall had been studded out.  The next day, the decking went on the top of that for the second floor flooring and then they did the entire upstairs framing.  third day was the roof.  Amazing to watch them

Loved how the guy perfectly throws the truss spacers and the guy always catches them with one hand. ❤️

Tight crew. That's how you make money. A couple years from this and the young ground crew will be the ones in the air. Kudos on the boss for keeping this a professional crew. EVERYBODY WINS.

This has got be a family business, I mean like dad and all brothers. When you trust the guy next to you to work like you do, you can knock stuff out fast and with quality. Awesome crew right there!

Watching these guys work, you can certainly tell that they’ve done this once or twice before. Seems like a very sturdy construction. Congratulations guys, it looks great. Thanks for having us over. God bless.

Now those guys weren't afraid of work! Plus they each knew their jobs. I am very impressed with them! It's getting so hard to find hard working companies like this crew is anymore.  I'm extremely impressed!👍🏻
