  Excellent video guys, lots of great information that applies to the area we live in. &nbsp; &nbsp;I am a builder in Ohio getting ready to put my 4200sqft home up for sale that I built 2 years ago. &nbsp; After I had seen Kyles first few videos on building post frame buildings, I knew that is what I wanted to build on a property we purchased last year. &nbsp; It will be 60x120 divided into 3... 40 foot sections, House with basement, Party barn in the center and my shop on the other end. &nbsp; So I have really appreciated being able to watch and pick up so many great ideas that will apply to our build in the near future. &nbsp; Thanks Again

  Almost bought a house once w an outbuilding so big guy could back his whole semi trailer in the left side rig in the middle still had an open bay ( it’s deep enough for a semi trailer. Upstairs studio bathroom kitchen two 12x 12 bedrooms on opposite corners and the main area had to be 30x30 . It was a mans heaven. That why wife at the time said no . I said why , she said because you’d never come to the main house lol

  I’m so glad to see a post framed structure on here. I started using these several years ago for spec houses. &nbsp;I sub out the shell to a &nbsp;Mennonite crew &nbsp;, they are fast and very very affordable. &nbsp;they will raise it in a just few days. It has a 9” cavity for insulation and continuous thermal seal. I like to use blown in for this application. <br>Since it’s wide open floor you can divide the space up however you like and dress the exterior/ interior in any style you want. <br>I would wager it’s &nbsp;less expensive and more cost effective than any SIPs kit or traditional stick framed structure and just as well insulated if not better.

  I built Bonanza Builds right out of high school for a couple of years , and we where making hotels , office buildings , and homes out of them , and that was 1984 ! The only new tech. is the base of the column going into the ground .
