This is spot on true. The gangsters who ran the old Vegas understood hospitality. Now Vegas is nothing but heartless greed. Unless you’re extremely wealthy, find somewhere else to go to lose your money.

I'm old enough to remember the room rate bargains and great buffets. To me, the decline began with the sneaky resort fees. It was all downhill from there

The sad thing about this whole thing is that it never had to come to this. I worked on the Vegas strip for 20 years. The difference in the energy with the guests 20 years ago to the present day are incomparable. I’m so glad I moved away from that toxic city..

Sad, once known as 'Disneyland for drunks' was a low price fun destination. Nowadays, almost every state now has casino gambling and lotteries. Vegas is obsolete.

I’m Canadian Went through last year and will never go back, expensive meals with no sides, expensive rooms and was dirty as well,
