  I remember when casinos along with airlines would offer pkg deals.  This included airline, room, and usually a free a buffet or free play.

  Michael, thank you for this wonderful documentary. My heart bleeds with what you say! The Vegas that I ( and you) once knew is gone...¡forever! In those days everybody walking down the strip smiled, felt happy, no one was a stranger. &nbsp;Nowadays, everything is cold, out of place. You don&apos;t FEEL you&apos;re in Vegas.<br>I can assure you that the days of this city are numbered if you take into account the water nightmare problem.   Any casino &nbsp;needs to loosen &nbsp;up and let some players win instead &nbsp;of being &nbsp; &nbsp;so greedy if a player loses every time they go in a casino &nbsp;it won&apos;t take long to figure &nbsp;out to stop going it is a no &nbsp;brainer

  We have 7 casinos all within 1 hour... We don&apos;t NEED to go to Vegas... But, I LOVED IT AND WALKED IT OVER AND OVER TO SEE EVERYTHING... I&apos;M SO SORRY MY CHILDREN CAN&apos;T HAVE A GOOD TIME ANY MORE THERE😢😢😢

  Can you imagine a slider of 30. or. 40 “Ellis Island “ type casino’s near the strip so folks who loved the old Veags vibe would return and it would open the eyes of the younger generation to be regulars for years to come. It would create a casino hopping vibe just like bar hopping, Vegas would be Vegas again

  My first trip to Vegas was in ‘75 and I loved it. &nbsp;I made a couple of trips in the 70’s and 80’s but really go going in the 90’s. &nbsp;I have stayed at the Orbit Inn, Dessert Inn, Westward Ho(my mother’s favorite), Vegas World, Rivera, Excalibur, Luxor and my all time favorite South Point. &nbsp;I am unable to travel now because of my limited mobility but watch a lot of stuff on Vegas. &nbsp;Corporate greed is trying to destroy Vegas and it will get worse before they realize that they have to rethink their priorities. &nbsp;I enjoyed your content and will look out for more. &nbsp;Best wishes!

  We used to go to Vegas every year for over 20 years. &nbsp;In 2023, we took our last trip. &nbsp;It was not the same anymore. We won&apos;t be going back either. We got comped well also. &nbsp;We had free suites, free food and a limo, but it just isn&apos;t as exciting as it used to be for us.

  Back in the day, I was one of those young men (age 30 at the time) who went to Las Vegas to &apos;seek my fortune&apos;. In the 1970s, I graduated from Dealer College to deal Poker, but my timing was off and I was there when Casinos were consolidating and they were laying Dealers off because of the bad economy. When I couldn&apos;t get hired, I turned to 7 Card Stud and earned my living Playing Poker! Yes, it can be done, but you got to be really mentally tough to make it playing professional poker!<br><br>I&apos;ll always have a soft spot in my heart for Las Vegas because they provided me the opportunity to earn a living without having to punch a clock or be abused by narcissist bosses. My Time was my own and I could be my own man as a Poker Pro.

  GLAD I GOT TO ENJOY VEGAS &nbsp;BEFORE THEY TOOK ALL THE BEST OUT OR DOWN. &nbsp;IT IS SAD.
