I had a 500 sq studio, and my best investment was a queen-size Murphy bed. When I had company, they didn't realize I was living in a studio.

I lived in a studio for years and did the same thing, placing beautiful plants on top of the half bookcase. Privacy and nature enhanced the whole room. ❤❤❤

The first question I would ask is "where is the darkest part of the room?", and I would put the bed there. I would use a wall bed, or a daybed that could serve as a couch during the day and sleeping at night, and it would be a twin size since I am one person living in a studio. I would advantage any space near the windows as my living space during the day so as to maximize natural light in my life.

Heavier or double layer separating curtains really raise temperature.in bed. And most studios do not even have space to manipulate large furniture or create enough distance for separation and flow. Reality.

This video needs to be edited! The male narration lags behind the visuals and an occasional female voice (lower volume) speaks up with a random comment, usually not keyed to anything in sight. Flashing views of different studio apartments makes it difficult to orient the viewer to the point that the male narrator is attempting to communicate. There are too many graphics randomly flashed onto the screen in an effort to emphasize points the narrator is making (out-of-sync with the visuals.) Maybe the video playback was faulty when I viewed it but it totally failed to present the stated intent.
