Fantastic! I agree, Burgos is a wonderful place...the food is amazing along with the local vibe. The downside for me are the Winters, a bit too cold for me. Also, I feel you really captured the essence of life in Spain and why the quality and how you spend it is so important.

Me hace gracia que en la traducción dice "...la gente es muy animada"... en español decimos "la gente está MUY ANIMADA" es la diferencia única en español del ser y estar. Puedes ser una persona muy animada o estar ( en un momento concreto) muy animada. Otra riqueza de nuestra lengua.
