  ¡Hola! Soy Español de Barcelona y me lancé a hacer un Road Trip gastronómico hace unos años, por todas las comunidades de España ( incluidas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla).<br>Probé platos exquisitos en cada rincón. Gazpacho y salmorejo, ternasco asado, fabada asturiana, ensaimada y sobrasada, papas arrugadas con mojo, cocido montañés, queso manchego y pisto, lechazo asado, cocido madrileño, paella valenciana, migas extremeñas, pulpo a feira, patatas a la riojana, cordero al chilindrón, pintxos y txuleta, caldero murciano, y en Ceuta y Melilla pescado fresco y platos con influencia norteafricana como el cuscús.<br>Sin duda ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido. Si te apasiona la gastronomía y puedes hacerlo… no lo dudes ni un segundo.

  I don&apos;t know if we are the most happy in Spain but probably we are in the top about those who best understand why we have been brought into this world and to get eat properly it&apos;s one of the most important things.

  Por favor... el aceite en Italia no está mal, en Sicilia mucho mejor(perteneció a España y se nota) pero el mejor aceite es español por eso somos los mayores productores del mundo

  Funny that adventurous or outside the box should be used to mean an octopus tapa. Never thought of it that way being a Spaniard: that teaches me that we should never take our own habits for granted. Happy to learn you enjoy Spanish food so much.
