Another thing I found interesting with Henry is that he says he's of Sicilian decent, yet throughout all his dialogue he never says anything Italian. Vito, Joe, and other characters occasionally say Italian words, yet Henry doesn't say anything Italian EVER.

The way I see Henry is more of the prototype CIA undercover agent.
Think about it,
-The heavily flawed cover story
- the way he can instantly identifies mob cops
- The aggressiveness body language when he instills fear into his targeted victim

I never doubted neither Wong or Leo when they said Henry was a rat, because let's be honest, dealing drugs is one of the riskiest and, back then, more complicated businesses, and somehow he knew exactly what to do. He knew who to ask for money without involving the Commission, where to buy the drug, and who to sell it to, not to mention that he INSTANTLY recognised the fake cops.

I picked up a small error on Leo's criminal record. It says Leo was unmarried, but Leo himself says that he had a wife who already passed.

Michael Franzese, a former Mafia capo, once looked at the ration stamps affair and shook his head endlessly. He said it just couldn't happen. You're sending a single man who never cracked a safe before to rob a government agency? And after that man came back from that impossible job you're telling him he has to fix your another hiccup?! No one would forgive Henry for a crazy setup like that.

Vito technically worked for all three families. He started doing small time jobs for luca gurino through joe, then becoming a made man in the falcone family until leo galante and vinci make him kill carlo. And then leo exiles him to new bordeaux so ig he’s running ops on behalf of the vinci familg

Regardless of all his flaws, Henry is the coolest character in the game. The game is about scumbags. There's no such thing as a good mobster. Their codes don't apply to us as civilians so we shouldn't like a character any less for being an informant. Gangsters do far worse things on a daily basis. That should bother us more than telling on fellow murderers.
