Claude is basically the most likely to survive Manhunt, all protagonists of GTA games have a chance, but Claude is too cold and calculating personality-wise, without the concepts of player-actions. Claude is just that scary.

Also, my theory on him not speaking is that he CAN speak, he just knows everyone he works with is not his friend, he's an errand boy and doesn't socialize with them, cause that's not who he is

I think his intelligence is over sold here. Claude is a force of nature that aspires to nothing more than to be a gun. Problem is, he's so good at it that everyone he works for thinks that he's a threat to their position and their paranoia precipitates their confrontation with Claude and their own demise.
