I asked google and my dentist if different named toothpaste is better than supermarkets own brand and they said no, and my dentist told me when I was 78 that my teeth were lovely and clean and I have the teeth of a 40 year old.I use Aldis own toothpaste. And it’s only just over £1 .

Urtekram should be on the best list - it doesn't have fluoride, which we don't need.

Don’t want either of the recommended ones if they contain fluoride. That substance has been proven not healthy!

I use baking soda and water, it also keeps your teeth white as I had a really bad tooth that was black, it was that bad right in the middle but when I started using baking soda it cleared within two weeks of use.
