All this video tells me that in order to eat healthy , you have to have a lot of cash. <br>Some of those items come in very small bags and are sooooo expensive! <br>Thanks for sharing, i will keep trying to eat healthy with your help.

While Whole Foods is too expensive for me to shop regularly, I do go there to find ingredients for homemade fire cider that are often very hard to find in Podunk, Ohio. I've even bought organic sweet potatoes in order to start my own slips to grow in my garden. I also treat myself to some of the delicious olives. Once or twice a year doesn't clean out my bank account.

Bobby has been showing great food from stores for all price levels. Of course he won’t dig into prices at Whole Foods. We all know it’s not the cheapest. It’s nice to see what’s out there at all stores. Been watching Bobby since Covid and he helped change my view on food and it shifted my health for the better. I’m just strategic about what I get at what store and also look out for the sales!

The organic grass fed yogurt from Organic Valley is only 5g of protein per serving and it is a very loose yogurt, similar to their Kefir which is great. As Bobby says, Greek yogurt is thicker and richer in protein. But so is Icelandic Skyr. Norr Organic grassfed Icelandic style skyr is a great option. It's nice and thick and 16g of protein per serving. Another great option is Painterland Sisters organic skyr. It is 21g (!) of protein per serving.
