I think too many people are missing the point of the video. This video is to give people a more budget friendly option to eat healthy, not to necessarily buy the top quality of every food. He even recommends getting organic for most of the products, if you can get it/ afford it. I would rather someone eat non-organic oats and conventional eggs than poptarts for breakfast.

I just started eating a anti inflammatory regiment. I cut out sugars, white stuff that turns to sugar… and too many things to list. I have osteoporosis and arthritis. My body was aching for years. I’ve been on this new eating way 100% for 10 days and my body body is no longer hurting. I feel amazing. I’m 70 yrs old… it’s never to late to change:))

Gosh, the phrase “The Cheapest Way to Eat Healthy in 2026” instantly transported me back to the day I walked into ALDI with 14 dollars and the confidence of a man who believed he could feed a family of six for a week. I strutted in like, “Alright Marquis… stay focused… no snacks,” and five minutes later I was whispering “Oh my…” because ALDI had me feeling like I was in a budget‑friendly Disneyland. I grabbed spinach, oats, beans, frozen veggies, and those suspiciously affordable blueberries that taste like they were grown by angels working overtime. And ha! I’ll never forget the moment I checked out and the total was so low I literally looked at the cashier like, “Wait, what… did you forget to scan something?” She just smiled like she’d seen this existential crisis a thousand times. But here’s the real story: back when I was broke‑broke, I used to think eating healthy required a trust fund and a personal chef named Lorenzo. Then one month I challenged myself to cook only ALDI meals and whew, that experiment changed my life. I felt better, saved money, and even learned how to season vegetables so they didn’t taste like sadness. So when people say eating healthy is expensive, I just sip my water and say, “Hold on… have you met ALDI?” because that place will have you meal‑prepping like a nutritionist on a budget of pocket lint and ambition.

Every penny counts these days. Thank you for pointing out the cheaper string cheese as a healthy option.

Something i wish people would realize is that whole foods are both the healthiest and cheapest way to eat. Yes, the trade off is in time spent in preparation. But if you develop good routines and staple recipes, you can minimize the amount of time you spend preparing food. Cook large batches and eat leftovers, for example. You can reasonably get your monthly food expenses down to $200 a month per person, and lower if you dont mind a minimalist diet

It’s a small crime that he didn’t point out the 85% dark chocolate

Bobby thx for the non organic suggestions pls continue … I’m a single parent and organic prices are out of this world at times …is like to offer the organic and pasture fed stuff for my boy and when I can’t economically, I feel guilty so please continue to give us non-organic options that are still healthy. Thanks again.

Mixing cottage cheese with tuna instead of mayo makes for a nice creamy-textured tuna salad.

I thought he would say that there is glyposate in traditional oats, but didn't mention that organic is a better health option.
