  I just hit 4 weeks from my replacement today and Im already going up and down my stairs better than I was before the surgery. &nbsp;Feeling good and confident I&apos;m on the right track. &nbsp;These videos have been a big help through the entire process.

  I am 5 1/2 months post op bilateral total knee replacement. Now I am on gabapentin because of pain, and not sleeping unfortunately I can’t take NSAIDS. I ALSO have weak quads, glutes etc sometimes it makes me so stressful. Love this video.

  I am writing from Italy. It has been ten weeks since my total knee replacement. I can drive, walk, and climb stairs using both knees. I cannot go down them yet, though; I need to improve my training. My knee often feels swollen and stiff, which prevents me from walking for long periods. The pain has decreased significantly but is migratory—meaning it appears in various parts of the leg and shifts from day to day. Unfortunately, the recovery process placed excessive strain on my other knee (which I already anticipate needing surgery on), and sciatica has set in as a result. I still occasionally take mild anti-inflammatories; where I live, we try to avoid taking painkillers. 🇮🇹🇪🇺

  8/28/2026 I had my knee replacement it wasn&apos;t that bad,lots of ice time , its good

  You can never train for a marathon according to my surgeon. &nbsp;No distance running. &nbsp;You will wear out the joint much faster
