All of the exercises were excellent. You did a great job explaining and showing how to do them!! Keep them coming. My surgery is Oct 21. Thanks I will use some of the exercise in my pre-hab regime on top of my CrossFit training before the big day! Thanks so much👍👍👍

All these movements are excellent. But I would ask your opinion about the amount of pain in the physio. I had a total knee replacement surgery five weeks ago. I think I have made an excellent recovery, minimal pain and quick healing. But I have trouble with my back which got sore during my ”bad knee period” because I could not do the exercise that kept it in shape. I also have a problem with my feet (too much pressure on the outer side to help the flat feet and that results something like ”the runner’s knee”). I can now bend my knee as far back as the other one when I am sitting, I can walk without the cane (though I use it when I go out), and I can manage all the household chores. But some things that my physiotherapist wants me to do cause so much pain. He wants me to bend the knee even more. There is one exercise, lying on my back on floor (makes my back sore), the good leg straight, the operated leg bent and brought as near to the chest as possible with my hands under the thigh and the foot with toes turned as up as the go, and the bend the knee more and more. When he made to do this the pain was so bad that I nearly fainted. He made me bend the knee ten times and said I should do this two times a day. Well, I could not. After the exercise my head was swimming and my heart racing and I felt I had a minor shock. When I did it at home it was also extremely painful, and the pain lasted till the evening. So I made the exercise easier, curved my other leg to ease the tension in the back and brought the leg only to the position where I felt strong pulling but not the pain. That was enough for me. But now I fear it is not enough for the PT. He seems to think it must hurt to be effective.

What do you think?
