I’m creating a workshop to help you date and connect with confidence — tell me what you want me to cover: https://forms.gle/MUBu4MqMGcPsqNMDA

"And if some people judge you for not being loud enough, maybe you're in the wrong room." Thanks, I really needed this reminder. As a quieter person, I’ve often feel like I have to perform or force energy just to keep up socially. What stood out to me most here was the idea of intentional silence and just showing up as my authentic self. I’ve noticed when I actually pause and really listen, people open up more and the conversation feels deeper.

I think that what kills your charisma most securely is trying to be charismatic.

I think charisma is just an expression of your authenticity. When you are authentic and have grace for yourself, you become magnetic to people.❤

I think being able to be charismatic is advanced level - first let’s see if I can order a drink without blushing.

The idea of charisma as a spectrum really hit me. Sometimes it’s not about being extroverted—it’s about being distinctive and present. Do you think charisma shows up instantly when people notice you, or does it build slowly over time?

I love how well paced your explanations are. That is also charisma on your part.

It's worth mentioning that this "altruistic attraction" and "quiet charisma" can be very easily turned around by exploitative people and predators. Various abuser types will actively look for the do-gooder that sacrifices themselves to make the other happy. Many friends groups are held together by a single "organizer friend" who does 95% of the work while others are claiming to "not be the organizer type". Way too many people are just lazy and selfish and would rather someone else did all the work.

❤ your video, of course. However, the situations you’re highlighting for charisma are mainly focused on existing relationships. I’d love to know more about charisma in initial interactions for us introverts. Thanks for the insights.

I learned i had charisma when I rocked a bald head since 20. My best friend pointed out to me that im funny and stand out and I need to embrace that. It was a great compliment.
