  More often than not, it's the bigger, scarier-looking people who are the most down-to-earth, helpful, and most chill, especially when it comes to gym bros.

  The most helpful people I know at the gym are the scariest looking ones. The cocky ones look like they just started.

I don&apos;t ask my friend questions about his breakup right away because that would make him unhappier, instead I just spend time with him playing games and stuff to cheer him up. I start asking question after a few weeks when he is ready to talk.

  Regarding gossip: If something is seriously wrong, we mostly notice and if the other dude is comfortable, we talk about it. If not, we are simply there and make bros day a bit better with an unrelated, chill conversation and a few laughs.
