An idea Iv'e always had for my personal dream build is a 105 GTAM convertible, or GTCM, whatever it could be called. I would find it hard to cut the roof off of a complete good condition car. This one looks like a perfect candidate for that. Good luck with your rebuild.

I have had loads of 105 Alfas, awesome cars. It sounds like it running on 3 cylinders at the moment.

Good move Max, considering the IAP heritage and a running engine. The parts alone are worth far more. When you detail your costs at the end of the project, don't forget to track all of your time you spend. Your mechanical and body work skills are worth over $150 per hour.
