  Gordo has a HUGE crush on her in the series, and I used to love it because he always respected her as a friend first and did not put expectations or pressure on her, the only times he was annoyed was when she was being persued by a BAD person with hidden intentions. And at the end of the series they showed that Lizzie is kinda of thinking of him in a romantic way but it's dificult 'cause they besties.

  The Lizzie McGuire Movie is great but when you think about it, it really undermined the whole premise of Hannah Montana (which started a few years later). In this, everybody immediately mistakes Lizzie for Isabella because the only thing that’s different is Lizzie is blonde. In Hannah Montana, literally no one, even her best friend, recognises Miley when she puts on a blonde wig. It’s so funny! 😂

  Every time I revisit this movie I always have to remind myself that they were graduating from middle school. It&apos;s such a high school plot and story!

  Can&apos;t believe The Pink Popcast watched The Lizzie McGuire Movie and didn&apos;t talk about one of the biggest crushes of my youth - the dancer she leans on while he does a little shimmie, who looks kind of like a young John Stamos. I&apos;ve been waiting my whole life for someone to acknowledge him, and I thought this would be the one.

  Benji Mcguire &amp; Rizzabella you both look fabulous. I was 10 when I saw this movie in school. Seen this 4 or 5 times. True story, I got my first Hilary Duff cd when I turned 12 in 2004 &amp; I remembered the song, Why Not. 2012, I&apos;ve listened to the soundtrack for this movie. Also, I learned to draw the cartoon alter ego of Lizzie.
