  The Judge didn&apos;t misunderstand the IT guy he understood him perfectly clear. He understood that the IT guy had found there wasn&apos;t actually a technical issue but a user issue, and it hurt the poor judges ego. He is so fragile that &quot;false alarm&quot; to him was basically &quot;The Judge is an idiot everyone he is incompetent and couldn&apos;t figure out how to work his own tech!&quot;

  This judge strikes me as a guy who got bullied all through high school, and now he abuses his position as a judge to bully people he interprets as the kind of people who bullied him.

  What a small man. Putting out arrest warrants for someone that didn&apos;t know they had to be there, sanctioning lawyers for doing their job, ignoring evidence, not reading a document then claiming to not understand the case seems like an instant mistrial. He&apos;s speed running impeachment. I&apos;d love to see how many of his cases are overturned.

  “Get out of my courtroom” said by judge 2x. <br><br>I saw a few judges (Such as Judge Simpson in Michigan) say “This is not my courtroom. I am a caretaker in this courtroom.” &nbsp;And they go on to explain that is why tu use the phrase “the court” when delivering a verdict. “The court finds”. I found that VERY thought provoking.

  The judge is definitely on a power trip! There’s no excuse for treating another human being the way he treated the IT guy. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

  What you’re missing is that the attorney didn’t ask for ANOTHER emergency hearing… he FIRST asked for an emergency hearing for a week later and the judge basically said “oh if you want an emergency hearing we’ll make it a REAL emergency by making it TOMORROW not next week!”

  I wouldn&apos;t want this judge to run a hot dog stand. He shouldn&apos;t be part of management in any capacity the rest of his life.
