  As an IT person, our big job in a support role like that is having good customer service skills. In most cases, reassuring the end user that all is good, and making jokes is a huge part of that job. That IT guy was probably saying &quot;False Alarm&quot; to the entire room and not just the judge. Hell, its something thats said to us all the time by our end users. It&apos;s not implicating that someone doesn&apos;t know what they are doing, but I think it is pretty telling that the judge took it as a personal attack and felt the need to lash out as a result. c:

  If a judge will treat a person who was helping him this way imagine how he will bend his will towards somebody he thinks should go to jail forever guilty or not this judge needs to be removed he has shown his feathers

  yESSSS I&apos;ve been wanting more info about this story<br><br>I feel so bad for that IT worker. Perfectly friendly and polite, tried to make the judge feel less embarassed - but for whatever reason that judge can only respond to minor frustrations with anger.
