According to the instructions you’re supposed to apply 4 gallons per 10‘ per 1 foot of depth and you’re supposed to count for 4 foot of depth if the footer is more than 4 foot down and 2 foot depth if it’s for example 2 feet down. This applies particularly to Hollow block walls for basements and such.

In the South we just crawl in the crawl space and spray everything.. most of the times you can go from the top of the block and pour it in the cells of the cinder block.
