  You don't even have to be conventionally attractive. As long as you have confidence, someone will be pissed by it and try to knock you down.

  My EX would always tell me don’t dress up,he would give me back handed compliments like “that’s a pretty dress’ and not that I look good in the dress.

  For me, pretty punishment exists primarily in the workplace. On one hand I’m good enough that im constantly asked to train people and perform supervisory duties, yet managers never have anything positive to say about my work, hyper fixate on me, and are constantly looking for “gotcha”/humbling moments. I’ve literally had other colleagues comment on how obsessed with me certain managers are.

  There’s a Chinese man, who is older, at work that is one of these haters, strangely enough. Today he really got on my nerves. I’m over here now all sensitive trying to come up with a plan on how never to talk to him again. Can’t wait to move on from that job ✌🏼

  omg experiencing secret jealousy/envy from an ex that I thought liked me was traumatizing. Worst I’ve ever been treated in my life and I know they took pleasure in being the first and only one to mistreat me like that. &nbsp;That entity spoke out of their mouths that was their purpose. 😮 😢 I couldn’t be convinced though.   What they don’t realize as a pretty woman we go through a lot!. Is not just about how we look, we just don’t look like our problems. Meaning we keep ourselves looking put together, and we could literally have 5$ in our pocket to make it to the next paycheck. But do we look like 5$? No.
