  All of you all are damn straight. I've always kept myself up. I attracted a well-to-do husband at age 57 ( 2nd marriage, )because I kept myself up. I was able to retire early and enjoy my life now doing whatever I want to. Believe me, I'm still keeping myself up to this day.🚶🏾‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️❤️🙏🏽

  women don’t use their “beauty currency” because the patriarchy has used SHAME to ensure only THEY can exploit OUR beauty. it’s so engrained in our society that even women shame each other.

  Love this topic. I’ve spent years ignoring my beauty and downplaying it because I was severely abused by women in my family, and realized they only did it because of the attention I received. Male centered women are so dangerous. But now as I’ve left that environment, I’ve slowly started embracing my beauty, allowing myself to be seen and admired, and avoiding jealous envious women, and people in general.

  Girl, I know women at 80 who can find a widowed man that is generous. I see it all the time, but if you don't keep up, life will pass you by. That is 💯. Also doesn't mess with the wrong man it will hurt you at the end take this advice to the bank.

  Taking care of our well being, health and vitality is the #1 priority. You can&apos;t ever put a man above that <br><br>My theory on the women who claim to have lost themselves is because they let men come before their self love. Don&apos;t ever fall into that trap ladies.. it&apos;s so easy to self sacrifice for the ones we love but in the end you are the one who pays the price <br><br>I like what that lady said about beauty actually never fades. There are many ways to maintain vitality and a radiant aura even as time goes on.

Does beauty help that, yes. However, will money help you be more beautiful?? Absolutely! No matter how pretty you are, you never want to be poor, financially dependent on anyone else or financially messy. Never! Because you’ll be a pretty bird in a gold cage when you depend on a man for money. GAIN your financial independence first! It helps to pay attention to how you present yourself for sure. So yes, keep yourself up and play up your best assets but get that $$!!

  I’ll put this on a more simple scale - I went from 235 to 190 and my entire life changed simply because I became disciplined and cared about myself. &nbsp;Do with that what you will.
