  Sad to say, back in the day I attended conferences like this ; Brownsville, IHOP, Rhema, Benny Hinn, Rodney Howard Brown, etc. I always felt like something was wrong with me because I didn’t feel much let alone fall down. Now I am thankful for God’s protection.

  I can truly testify God's word is enough. You want a experience with the Holy Spirit stay in the word.

  In 1997. I travelled from Quebec City to Toronto to the Toronto Airport Church seeking spiritual help. I left feeling deflated and realizing the falsehoods being taught. People were roaring like lions, barking like dogs, running around in circles and around the perimeter of the building and falling on the floor laughing.<br>Believe it or not, I found the answers I needed in the Scriptures, the Word of God.

  Sadly, the church we were attending in PA experienced this as well. I was on the worship team, playing keyboard and could see all the craziness in the whole church from my view on the stage. I should have walked off that stage in protest. It was nonsense and craziness, with people laughing for hours and disrupting the normal flow of the service. I have repented of being involved in this kind of stuff. The pure Word of God is enough for me.

  David Wilkerson opposed this strongly and warned people up to his passing against this with tears in his eyes! This is dangerous stuff. Howard Brown, originating from Johannesburg South Africa brought it to South Africa as well. There were people barking like dogs in churches throughout Johannesburg! Scary. I feel this draws us totally away from the Holiness of God and living a surrendered life! Takes the focus off our sinful nature and the need of a Saviour!

  Sadly I was part of the Vineyard movement in Cape Town, South Africa. I was a youth leader and would lead my youth in these kinds of encounters, I&apos;d also lead the young adults in these kinds of encounters... These encounters were a norm in our church and the Vineyard churches that we got together with. The more crazy and chaotic these meetings were, that indictated that &quot;God was with us&quot;. We often prayed, &quot;come Lord, come&quot; and &quot;We want more Lord&quot; and these crazy things would happen. Always the laughing, always the weeping, always the falling down, always the feelings of electricity and fire running through us, always everyone speaking/praying/ministering at the same time, always unorderly (unless someone &quot;brought a tongue&quot; &nbsp;then we&apos;d have to &quot;wait on the Spirit for an interpretation&quot;) .<br><br>Our pastor conditioned us though- he&apos;d often say, &quot;If unbelievers would walk in here now they&apos;d think we&apos;re crazy.. but come on man! We&apos;re crazy for Jesus&quot; 👀<br><br><br>We&apos;d call this a &quot;move of God&quot; but we only ever did these things when we were together (the Vineyard people meeting with other Vineyard people), never did we &quot;encounter the Spirit&quot; in places outside of our church, home groups, youth, church meetings, etc...<br><br>When God saved hubby and I, and we spoke out against these things (we had moved overseas by then), the church was told to no longer speak to us as we were (1) demon possessed, (2) no longer walking in the Spirit and (3) we&apos;ve been influenced by the Asian culture and are no longer saved 👀.<br><br>Please pray for the people caught up in the Vineyard movement, as our loved ones and family are still caught up in this mess.

  With all emphasis put on receiving something additional (blessing, anointing, power, revelation) one can see how low a view they have of Christ and His Word.

  I never laughed so hard Daniel. Watching the two toddlers speaking tongues as Rodney Howard Browne and Kenneth Copeland were talking back and forth in tongues, so funny. Those two toddlers were saying exactly the same thing that Copeland and brown were saying, LOL.
