  Thanks for covering this one.  This is exactly how crowd sourced investigations are supposed to work.  A curious person with a microphone questions the things that seem dodgy to them and someone like you with more knowledge of the topic explains what they got right and wrong.  Well done.

  I just want to thank you for being so transparent and informative about death and everything it involves. My next door neighbors work in the mortuary business, and I've learned quite a bit from them as well. Morticians are a unique breed of people who are terribly misunderstood, but I appreciate you all for what you do. I can only hope that when my time comes, whoever handles my body is as gracious and wonderful as you are.

  As a retired first responder (20 years out of 35 spent working nights, yes because i loved working nights) the general public has no idea how fast things happen and there is a whole other crew in jobs like this who work nights weekends and holidays. &nbsp;The world doesn&apos;t shut down at 5pm. Keep &apos;em honest Lauren.<br>BTW for your wonderfully twisted sense of humor we call the body removal folks &nbsp;Igor&apos;s and Morticia&apos;s.

  My son passed in an accident. The same day there was another accident with multiple people that passed. We didn’t have any special pull with the medical examiner or anything. But our funeral home helped us get him within 24 hours and we got to see him. They didn’t get to do any cosmetic stuff because he was going to require a lot of work. But Charlie’s timeline is very easy to achieve. Especially when you have money, fame, government pull.
