  My wife and I have been separated for about a month, and she moved out. She’s told me that she needs to focus on her own healing before she can even consider talking about our marriage. Neither of us has brought up divorce, and as far as I know, neither of us wants to go there right now.<br><br>Since the separation, I’ve been working on myself nonstop—really trying to understand my mistakes, my behaviors, my role in the problems we’ve had, and how I can become a better husband and father. I love my wife deeply and want our family back, but I also understand that I can’t pressure her or try to force reconciliation.<br><br>I’m struggling with the uncertainty and wondering what the healthiest thing is for me to do during this time. How do I give her the space she’s asking for while still leaving the door open for our marriage? What should I be focusing on personally, and are there things I should absolutely avoid doing?<br><br>For those who have been through a separation like this and eventually reconciled, what helped you the most? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
