Great work again Elliott. Apologies in advance for any stupidity on my part, but I have known people pay good money for doors and skins that are much worse than your originals. Why have you replaced them?

Why not get some 3/8 or 10 mm rod and put a slot in the middle with a dept you want to turn metal, you can round the edges of the slot to the radius you need and the slots dept will make the turn down exactly at the same place every time.
