  Money is the modern, abstracted token for survival. It is not inherently &quot;about money,&quot; but money = security = food = shelter = medicine = status = mating opportunity. To say &quot;life isn&apos;t about money&quot; is a luxury only afforded to those who already have enough of it not to fear homelessness, starvation, or preventable death. For the vast majority of humans who have ever lived, and for billions today, life is overwhelmingly and desperately about obtaining these resources. Money is the scorecard. Denying this is to deny reality.

  now I&apos;ve hit $170,590. I was having this exact conversation with my son the other night-generational wealth isn&apos;t just about getting money. It&apos;s about teaching everyone not only how to make it, but also how to maintain it. It does no good for me to provide for my family if they don&apos;t understand how to manage and sustain it

  Goal - pay house off. &nbsp;Reason why I don&apos;t want to rent is because the fear they jack my rent up, or I am forced to move. &nbsp;So owning a home, alleviates some of that.

  The wealthy don’t rent their primary residence. &nbsp;I just made 200k on &nbsp;town house in Virginia that I lived in for only 4 years, and guess what I did not have to pay capital gains on it because I lived in it for over two years. &nbsp;You have to live somewhere why not live in a place that is going to be gaining in value rather than paying the rent. Does somebody else? Have you seen rental prices lately? They’re extremely high as much as the mortgage!

  I have two houses both paid in full. Pay one of them in 15 years. Now, I don’t pay rent and have another income from the other house. Renting it is wasting your money. Start fixing your credit and creating a saving account, and these two will help you to buy your house, and you will have an equity money there. It works!❤

  I don’t know why but this video feels personal like it was meant to find me right now. The timing is unreal. I’ve been reading Power Behind The Curtain by Dave Rumsfeld and it’s been shifting how I think about strength and self control. Watching this right after finishing a chapter made everything click. Sometimes life really does line things up when you’re ready.
