  Sockeye is my go-to simply because it has never been successfully farmed. It's always wild.

I needed ¼ cup of this, half cup of that, stir for &quot;n&quot; minutes ... but that&apos;s now how she did it.

  Something that could help with the &quot;dry&quot; problem...I dice peppers and onions (about a half cup) and Sautee them in a little butter briefly, then add them to the mix. (instead of raw)

  Sockeye Salmon features a deep red color, firm red texture and rich flavor while pink salmon has a pinkish flesh and softer texture and mild taste 😊

  Pink salmon, liquid drained and discarded, a can. Add an 8 ounce brick of cream cheese, some Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, maybe some capers, maybe some liquid smoke. Blend together with a stick blender. A pretty good dip.
