You asked for this lol:<br><br>-"Gahn-moh-doh-kee"<br>- "Inari Ah-gae"<br>- "Toe-gah-rah-shi" is short hand for "Togarashi Shichimi" - It's a type of Japanese pepper flavoring, usually has seaweed, sesame seed, and a few other ingredients. Not meant to be super spicy. Comes in small batches, meant to be used like salt and pepper.

Hey Larry! One quick thing. Oden isn’t something you get at a typical hotpot place. Most hotpot is Chinese first off, and most Japanese hotpot is another style called shabu shabu. If you don’t live near a major Japanese expat community it may be hard to find a restaurant that sells oden specifically, but if you have an Asian grocer they will often have all the ingredients there even if it’s not a Japanese grocer specifically

If it's Japanese curry you want, you should try curry rice. I always keep a package of S&B Golden Curry roux blocks in my pantry for when I want a good hot meal but don't want to work too hard making it. It's classic Japanese bachelor chow.
