  Grom is considered as the deadliest and most effective special unit in the world. They never failed and in the entire existence of the unit lost one man. When whole armies cant do something these guys are called. From what I remember in Irak USA seals couldn't capture a fort for a month and called for grom. Grom captured it in 3 days

  My buddy was a naval corpsman attached to seal team 4. They did a training exercise with GROM in Poland and he said the GROM dudes were absolutely world class. He said the SEALS were a bunch of 18 to 22 year old kids and all of the GROM operators were in their thirties with a decade of soldiering under their belts prior to ever going active with GROM. I am not trying to disparage the SEALS but apparently these GROM guys are more equivalent to our Tier 1 units (CAG, Devgru). Take it with a grain of salt, but my corpsman buddy was extremely impressed with these guys.

  These guys are real deal. There was an operation in Irak/Afghanistan, couldn&apos;t find in which one after researching, where group of 20 GROM operators took out 80-100 militants with no casualties themselves.

  In the beginning, new members had a test and the unit commander was held hostage and the soldiers used live ammunition. &nbsp;Polish grom has many spectacular successes, even where the US special forces failed, grom carried out the actions with full success without any losses. &nbsp;grom is a very recognized unit in the world and we, Poles, are very proud of them🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱❤❤💪💪💪

  They’ve spent decades now cross training with other NATO special operations units. They’re extremely well trained. In Iraq and Afghanistan the SEALs and Delta did numerous joint missions with them. The members of both of those units speak very highly of them.

  actually sadly this document is at least 10 years old, currently a lot of things have changed in the GROM, especially in terms of equipment, the training center was largely rebuilt (killhouses, training ground, shooting ranges, and many training buildings) and received Black Hawk helicopters with its own aviation team (more helicopters are also ordered)
