  Israeli CT Sniper teams don&apos;t use a spotter buddy system.<br>Engagement range is usually under 0.5KM, and mostly within urban / semi urban scenarios so wind is negligible.<br>Hence semi auto is fine, they don&apos;t calculate firing solutions but work with a set of &quot;thumb rules&quot; for gauging wind and drop / range. They also don&apos;t carry large assault bags or long duration gear.<br>You can see the operator has his basic range calculations drawn on his right hip @<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjaSAHFcod4&amp;t=198">3:18</a> .

  Hey man love it channel…. I served as a sniper in lotar and my favorite moments during my service were training with u guys… had an amazing time! We actually had a small chat when u visited but u probably don’t remember because it was really short (around 5 minutes). Too bad we didn’t get to train together but I had such an amazing time with ur designated marksmen/ snipers.

  really like your video ,I was a sniper in the Israeli army, in a special unit but that was many years ago ,My sniper rifle was the M21 (M14/M1a sniper) It&apos;s actually an M14 rifle Improved performance, more accurate and ergonomically adapted to the sniper, You are right, the Israeli army has a special program for snipers .Keep making such interesting and accurate videos ,
