  Update after a year ish: I watch this video still (not daily as my panic attacks have stopped occurring so frequently) but this video helped me EVERY SINGLE TIME I had a full body trembling, heart racing, and stomach churning panic attack. Every time this video (ALONG W MEDICATION) and deep breathing made me calm down enough to fall asleep and finally rest. I can never thank u enough for uploading this as it has helped me many times in moments I really felt like I was on the brink of a heart attack. <br>i appreciate your existence and your videos every day, this one is definitely my favorite. thank you.

  Recently I’ve been so hung up on false expectations of myself, the future, potential fame or fortune or whatever superficial ideas I have of success, and it’s really been draining me and stopping me from accepting and appreciating what I actually have. It’s been really sad and hard, and I hope it passes. Thanks for the videos. You really are reminding your viewers of what’s truly important.

  I nearly cried watching this. Awaiting multiple surgeries, in and out of the hospital frequently, constant bad news and anxiety over being on medical leave has me a big mess. I just want to feel better. It&apos;s hard to trust the process when your body is failing. I needed this so badly, thank you.

  I cried watching this, the anxiety was killing me. Some nights I can not sleep without my pills, it is getting harder and harder. I needed this so badly, I needed someone who could tell me that I was strong and brave for being alive.
