  There was a shortage of airport staffs because a majority of them were living in flats and condos around the Lat Krabang area, which was still flooded when the water in other areas have already subsided, and you can't really easily find substitutes for them since staffs handling baggage in airports have to go through several weeks of security training as well as personal security checks.

  It seems Thai Airways faced a shortage of baggage handlers. Some staff couldn't make it to work, and others had to handle baggage for other contracted airlines. That left Thai Airways short-staffed, causing baggage to pile up while the other airlines seemed to be operating normally.

  Yeh, the Thai people sure are resilient. Every wet season blows me away with how fast everything dries up.  Thanks for covering it all. My wife was worried about her brother cause we couldn't contact him.  He's okay

  The klongs themselves aren't generally causing the flooding, drains get overwhelmed and klongs reah capacity.  In the old days Bangkok had so many more klongs which assisted with the reduction of flooding, good interesting vlog Keis

  Apparently, a lot airport staff couldn't get to the airport. This is why there was a bottleneck.

  Trash and littering are an awareness and educational issue. Before the clean up Australia program and the introduction of fines Australia wasn't as clean as it is now. I noticed the lack of bins even in places where they sell fast food in malls, if they provide them they also foot the bill for the disposal of it. People are encouraged to take their trash with them or just drop it as seen. Its an unsustainable practice, eventually they'll have to address it nationally.
