Termination dust is striking the high tops of the mountains surrounding Anchorage. Icy windshields at 6:00 in the morning. 48 degrees (8,89 C) 12:30 PM. Light rain every night.

I love the way you forecast. You’re very factual but easy to understand. I’m in Lubbock, Texas so we’re used to weather changes, sometimes we have 4 kinds of weather in the same day. It sounds like we have a couple of heavy rain days this week.<br>I think the pictures you post to your side are beautiful. They look like paintings. I live on the Gulf Coast in Fairhope, AL. Last year on January 21/22 we had a record 8+ inches of snow, breaking the 1" record set in 1895. Now with winter approaching, every kid from 3 to 80 is hoping for a repeat this winter. I tell them don't bet the farm on it...LOL!
