  Mizu, I was 50 when I climbed the Jhomolhari Peak in Bhutan, a mountain of the Himalaya. I was 59 when I went to Arctic Russia to obtain my Sled dog certificate, and a few days ago, at the age of 65 I was appointed director of a Public Health Service in my place. So you can see that with 53, you have so much incredible opportunities and things to do. Just look in front and follow your ❤️. Bye the way, I am a woman….,😊

  Congrats! I am turning 53 this April. After years of depressions and health problems, I started playing Balkan and Arabic music, met a lot of new friends and really broadened my perspectives. I am not handsome nor rich, but quality-wise, these may be the best years of my life - sort of like golden leaves of autumn before the winter frost. Let&apos;s enjoy the period where the trees of our lives bear fruit to the fullest!
