  Gail Storm. A wonderful actress whose drinking addiction snuck up on her. She was shocked when her husband took her to a medical facility and that she understood that he was leaving. She was going to be signed in not able to leave, a patient. She just couldn’t believe it and fell apart. He was strong because he knew this was the last chance.She not only got well but became a councilor and helped many sufferers.

  Alcohol has destroyed more lives than any other drug and yet it's legal.  Then again look what happened when they tried to make it illegal. Prohibition turn the street criminals into multi-millionaires and made the mafia stronger than ever. I imagine if they legalized heroin and cocaine the damage that would cause would be disastrous.
