  I did some charity work for a group called S.H.A.R.E. (Share Happily And Reap Endlessly) and Neil McQueen was one of the dancers so Steve was hanging around. Never one to be a shrinking violet, I talked to him about The Blob and he was very sweet to me…just smiled and said “Whenever it’s on I leave town!”

  She was roommates with Marilyn. I don't think her remark was unkind.I heard her talk about fun times together. I think that was an honest insightful remark.

  When I was in elementary school we had a field trip to the Griffith Park Observatory and East of Eden was on location there.  I had no idea who James Dean was then but it’s become a treasured location memory.

  I was blessed with a busy studio singing career over many years in which I sang on a lot of commercials.  One of the studio engineers put together a hilarious tape of actors spouting off, including Orson Welles, who confronted the ad men in the booth with “You people are such pests!” over the mike. Said vehemently but with great class, it was too funny.😂😂😂

  This is ridiculous. How many sweet tempered surgeons or fighter pilots are there?. Most people who want to succeed in a highly competitive field are going to need to be driven, have a demanding personality, and a strong ego. It is no wonder if these traits sometimes manifest themselves as abrasiveness or arrogance.
