  Speaking from experience...growing a business and employing people will increase your stress levels not lower them.<br>Even now after 24 years im still on holiday on the phone sorting jobs / employees / customers / suppliers....its hard to get away from it. Just dont let your family life suffer!

  Can’t have been an easy decision and glad you’re still mates and I hope your old business partner does well. <br><br>I’ve been following since the beginning pretty much I think. I’ve enjoyed watching you grow and in a weird way I’m really proud of you mate even k ow I don’t know you personally!<br><br>I think you’re a fantastic role model for younger viewers and I’ve always been an advocate for inspiring and supporting new blood coming through so I hope you continue to do that, I think you can be a great “teacher” so maybe consider tips and tricks videos… I’m sure you probably appreciate not every apprentice out there is treated great and gets taught things properly. I think k you can help bridge that skill gap with advice in your videos.<br><br>Anyways well done, onwards and upwards, the world is your oyster and you’re in control. Enjoy the freedom and look forward to the next chapter!

  I’m 80 in December and still love working ( Derek Healey electrical ) only part time these days, still have accounts with CEF, wish I was starting out today especially with all the new technology and tools, remember having to use a hammer &amp; rawltool to put plug &amp; screws in to brickwork, still like to keep up to date with regs, miss all the banter working with mates, everyone seems to be putting the work on the internet now 😂, I would find that such an pain, good luck in your new business I do enjoy watching your videos 👍.

  All the best with it mate. Very interesting video and its put some ideas in my head as I have also been thinking about going out on my own after 17 years being self employed and 9 years sub contracting to the company I currently work for I think its time to put my big boy pants on and look at going solo. Looking forward to following your journey mate. Routing for you from the sideline.
