  In fact, Russia invaded Ukraine as early as 2014, in the Donbass and Crimea regions. 2022 was that second invasion, which has lasted until today.

  When the lady references human rights, that is what she meant. There are numerous countries all over the world where human rights are still absolutely appalling. Just to mention: Russia, North Korea, Singapore, etc., etc. Not to be confused with work laws. But maybe to Americans, work laws are human rights. <br><br>And there are so many things to be said about Finns being chill. Have you ever considered that we have been raised with manners? Also in Finland, silence is golden, so there is no need to spread needless dislike.

  FYI Finland longest border is East and from that perspective Eastern is only Russia.

  If someone is living in any Country in EU they probably mean Russia by Eastern Country (in the end not even the people in that country but the the people that rule it - just like USA is not liked anymore and people boycot even products made there).

  But even though Finland or other Northern or Europian countries seem small, you can miss all the perfect things if your timing is wrong or you you have no plan! You’ll just be lost in a forrest or middle of nowhere 😂 But as you already know best way to plan a trip here is if you have a friend that is a native or you’ve been here before? But a new one in Europe? Just be prepaired for so many new challanges! Europe is nothing like USA! All here are own countries, with own flags, own rules, own presidents or kings. . Prepairing, friends or family members here can help you. Even with bookings (my family partly from other countries and also from US, so I know that if you book something from there you might have to pay extra, just like other countries with in EU if booking something that is not domestical). And we have so many different options where to travel here! We can have the blue seas, warm weather and sunlight or cold, winter and go ski in so many places around Europe here! <br>USA is now 250 years old (before that ownd by indians etc). Does any of you know how old the oldest European country is? Or where your great grand parents moved or other wise got there from? We all should be proud of our roots! Without them.. we would not exist..
