  For the first time, I begin to understand your perspective on design.  Over the years, I watched some of your videos marveling at the grand architectural designs, but never understanding why you did this other than as a content creator.  I have had to rebuild too many manufacturing lines, so the idea of spending time to beautify something that would get destroyed seemed incomprehensible.  And then I built my first rocket fuel factory with all alt recipes, which is the optimal build for this requiring 288 fuel-powered generators.  This was my first experience building something I knew would never need to be torn down.  And for the first time, I found the joy in beautifying what I had built.  In short, until that point, I could not understand your perspective.  I took real pleasure in exploring what I could do to make this facility something worth looking at ... for the joy of it.  Along the way, I had to learn the necessity of dimensional depots and the bizarre Satisfactory physics for fluids thanks to the lucid explanations of Dekoba (highly recommend as there's nothing intuitive about it).  Thank you.

  So, fun thing you can do with water extractors. You can snap them to pipe junctions while holding down ctrl to avoid needing to place foundations underwater ... particularly useful when your dealing with water just deep enough to place an extractor in but too shallow to place a foundation

  If you slide and jump quickly with a jet pack on, you can get to skipping faster than anything you can drive. When you get up to speed, use a burst on the jet pack and you can fly surprisingly far, fairly fast.

  Figuring out resources on a regional level is a key late midgame mindset. Grasslands is a good example, &nbsp;2 pure coal can make 1800 steel, and the rest of the iron (4200) and limestone makes a 50 heavy modular frame factory. Assuming mk2 miners overclocked. &nbsp;And reg smelters, wet concrete optional

  There is a boost to the slide-jump, yes. &nbsp;It is a little tricky to trigger. &nbsp;Instead of holding the slide button, you just quickly tap it while jumping. This is what gives the boost. &nbsp;If you hold it too long, it&apos;ll switch to a normal slide-jump distance<br>the faster you can do tapping of the slide button and jump, the faster you&apos;ll get the boosted boost jump<br>the added bonus on the cake, is that if you do just right, even while going up a hill it&apos;ll work instead of resetting your momentum to zero with a normal slide-jump<br>but that&apos;s even more tricky to get timed right
